Thanks for your interest in joining Robin Hood Swim Club! Our beautiful pool is a wonderful, family friendly home for summer fun and relaxation.
In 2024, Robin Hood’s membership was at capacity. Individuals and families who are interested in joining the pool, must complete the waitlist form linked on the right. There is a $100, non-refundable fee to join the waitlist. The $100 fee will be deducted from your membership fees when you are offered, and accept, your membership.

Waitlist Policies
Joining the Waitlist
Robin Hood Swim Club has a capacity of 325 members. During the 2024 season, the pool was at capacity. Individuals and families who are interested in joining the pool, must complete the waitlist form. Link below. There is a $100, non-refundable fee to join the waitlist. The $100 will be deducted from your Initiation Fee when you are offered, and accept, a membership.
Existing members have the opportunity to renew during the Winter and Spring. New memberships will be available and offered to families on the waitlist on a rolling basis, in the order they joined the list, when existing members inform us that they are not returning in 2025, or when they do not renew by the deadline, April 11th, 2025.
To join the waitlist, completing the Waitlist Form and submit the $100 waitlist fee. This will hold your place in line on the waitlist. Families and individuals on the waitlist will be offered membership in the order they registered for the waitlist.
You can email: [email protected] at any time to learn your status on the waitlist. Unfortunately, we will not be able to tell you for sure whether a membership will be available in any given summer. For context, in the past few years, approximately 20 families have not renewed their membership each year.
Receiving a Membership Offer
When you reach the top of the waitlist you will be contacted by email to enroll. Once offered a membership, you will have up to 2 weeks to complete membership enrollment and submit payment. After 2 weeks, the membership spot will be offered to the next family/individual on the waitlist.
Summer 2025 Initiation Fee and Annual Dues

*Military Discount on Initiation Fee: We offer a reduced Initiation Fee of $275 for families in which one or both parents are on active military duty, or individuals who are on active military duty.
* Initiation Fee Payment Options: New members have the option of paying the initiation fee all at once or in 2 installments. If paid in installments, there will be a $25 processing fee per installment. The first installment (total of $275) is due with the application in addition to the annual dues. The second installment (total of $250) is due the following summer in addition to the annual dues.
Membership Type Information
Family: A maximum of 2 adults who share a primary residence or are/were related by marriage, and includes legal parents/guardians and all dependents, no older than 25 years of age, whose principal place of residence is the same as the parent/guardian.
One + One: One adult and one additional individual whose principal place of residence is the same.
Individual: Anyone who is at least 18 years old by opening day who does not qualify for another type of membership.
Adult/Babysitter/Nanny: Includes anyone whose principal place of work or residence is the same as the member. They may use the facilities with or without the member(s) being present and have full access to the pool. Limit is 2. This fee is waived for individuals who are disabled and members of the military on active duty.
Other Information
Member Volunteer Hours and Opt-Out Fee: Robin Hood Swim Club is a member run, volunteer based organization. As such each member is asked to volunteer time contribute time either to the Summer season or during Spring or Fall clean up days. Members who elect not to volunteer must instead pay a $100 opt out fee.
August Only Pass: At the Board’s discretion, a limited number of August-only passes may be available. August only passes are only available to individuals/families on the waitlist when no full summer membership is available. August-only passes include full access for a household to the facility from August 1, through the closing of the Pool in September. August Only pass holders do not pay an Initiation fee, are not required to volunteer and do not have the right to vote at the Annual Meeting. August passes are $308. The $100 waitlist fee will not be accepted or credited toward the cost of an August Pass.
